EOOE technical team design as per the customer's requirements and will submit the drawing to the customer for confirmation. The confirmed drawing will be issued to the production department for process, feeding, and production.
We have a quality inspection department to control the quality of products. From raw materials to finished products, quality is integrated throughout the entire production process.
I. Incoming Material Inspection
We control the quality from inspecting all purchased raw materials according to regulations. The inspector confirm the quality certification documents submitted by the supplier , and conduct inspections in terms of appearance, size, etc. If necessary, we will perform mechanical performance tests.
II. Semi Finished Product Inspection
We implement a full inspection system for the products, strictly control the inspection process, implement a system of being responsible for the results, and strictly implement it.
III. Factory Inspection
We will test the hydraulic cylinder before delivery: the starting pressure, holding pressure test, leakage test, and other performance to meet the factory requirements.
